Friendly Result - Skidmarks 7-9 Apple iPods

Well we played a friendly last night versus our nemesis' the Apple iPods...it was a bit of changed lineup with Bruce away and a couple of players returning from injuries and sabbaticals.

The team last night was :
- Luke "responsible for 2/3 goals" Hatfield (2)
- Gary "It's my birthday" Hatfield (3)
- Dom "I still have a touch like a rhino" Albrecht
- Brendan "Have a shot" McNiven
- Glen "Don't backheel whilst on the wall" Johnstone (1)
- Peri "MTN" Zourides (1)
- Peter "that oke kicked me" Dunias

If you didn't know the friendly was on and didn't crack the nod...don't feel disheartened 'cos we have had a couple of "original" Skidmarks returning to the team in the form of Dom and Peter but don't worry, i am sure i will be in touch when the season starts.

All in all we played pretty average last night, gave away some stupid goals but it was a friendly and as Sven Sven Sven Goran Eriksson always says, "Friendlies don't matter".

Oh and apparently when Chuck Norris vomits...there are no carrots!

Before I go, Happy Birthday to Gary "I am getting old" Hatfield for today 4 April!Lets see some comments added to this blog guessing how old he is today ? There are no prizes though.
